Corona Virus Update

Dear Customer,

We are writing to you to set out the measures we are taking as a business in response to the escalating situation in the UK due to COVID-19. We have a business response team in place who are monitoring all updates to UK Government policy and guidance.

At the moment, our offices are currently closed. However, we are now operating remotely and our systems and telephony can be accessed remotely and used by our staff who can work from home. We will endeavour to keep business disruption to our customers to a minimum but are informing our clients that there may be circumstances in which we are unable to offer our normal service and we will continue to keep you informed as is necessary via email or our website.

We have currently suspended all face to face appointments, however we will now be transacting such appointments over the telephone.
If, as a result of the way that this situation is affecting you personally, you need us to make some adjustments to the way that we provide our services to you, we will do all that we can to support your request.

As an appreciation of the current situation we are currently waiving our fees to all NHS staff.
